1. Production time
Please allow up to 21 days for manufacturing and preparing your order for shipping. However it should be noted that almost all orders are sent out within 5-10 days. I will always communicate if there are any out of the ordinary delays. I usually mail out once or twice a week depending on order and work load.
Resin sets, that being opaque cast, clear cast and 3D printed sets are often made to order, however often the popular sets are often in stock.
Brass sets, the stock holding of these is strictly controlled to avoid long delays that sometimes occur from the casting company, so if you are able to purchase the set it is in stock (or should be) available to be mailed out in 5-7 days. However I usually and generally have new orders of brass sets in production on a continuous basis so if there is not stock available there is a good chance that it soon will be available.
Decal sets, these are very strictly controlled and once they are sold out that is it, unless I do a further decal run in the future.
2. Shipping
IF THE LARGE LETTER OPTION IS AVAILABLE PLEASE SELECT THAT FOR SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER, IT IS CHEAPER.
IF THE LARGE LETTER OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE YOUR ORDER WILL HAVE TO BE SHIPPED AS A SMALL PARCEL, THIS IS DETERMINED ON THE VOLUME OF THE PART / SET NOT ON THE WEIGHT.
Royal Mail services are used for all orders
United Kingdom there are two options available, that being either tracked 48 hour or tracked 24 hour, this seems to offer almost the best options for both customer and Aerocraft Models.
Rest of the World there is the option to have your parcel sent via standard delivery or via tracked delivery. It should be noted that for very small and light items the tracked option is quite a bit more expensive than standard shipping, but on larger items it is often quite reasonable.
TRACKED SHIPPING PLEASE NOTE this service does offer better protection and often does assist in keeping track of where the parcel is, and both customer and Aerocraft Models are better protected. However I cannot over emphasize enough that this is often not the case and it certainly does not mean that the parcel will travel any faster.
Delivery time from date of your order being mailed. Well this is very difficult and even though the Royal Mail website will quote delivery times based on where you live in the world, I have found that this varies a great deal in this ever changing world.
European both EU and non EU countries please allow up to 4-6 weeks, but hopefully delivery in many cases will be within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately since the introduction of BREXIT, there are much greater delays than before, and very often that is in the customs departments of your receiving countries, and the communication process to you the customer to pay the tax and charges.
Rest of the World please allow up to 5-7 weeks for delivery, however as a general rule 3-4 weeks should be expected.
As a huge positive in over 20 years of me using these services through all sorts world difficulties and challenges very few parcels have been lost forever or destroyed.
3. Website access
It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.
4. Use of website
This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
5. Website uptime
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Throughout this website you may find links to third party websites. The provision of a link to such a website does not mean that we endorse that website. If you visit any website via a link on this website you do so at your own risk.
Any party wishing to link to this website is entitled to do so provided that the conditions below are observed:

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address, that we will provide, at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
9. Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Orders delivered to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.
